How does the Tbilisi car market work?
Tbilisi sells differently from Rustavi: fewer lots, more private deals and small dealerships. The car is usually shown outside a home or a workshop, and there is normally time to inspect it without anyone rushing you.
What is higher here is the share of cars already rebuilt after auction that have spent a year or two on city roads. The repair traces have had time to age, and the US history feels like the distant past. These cars need a closer look than fresh imports.
A separate category is cars on Georgian plates with several owners on the paperwork. Here the legal side matters: liens, restrictions and matching component numbers get checked before the money changes hands.

What do people ask most?
How soon will an expert arrive?
Usually within 2–3 hours of your request. If the seller can only show the car in the evening, that works too: we run until 18:00, and later by arrangement.
Do I need to be there for the inspection?
Not at all. Plenty of clients are still abroad and get the report with photos and video. If you are in town, come along and the expert will show you every finding on the car itself.
Do you inspect cars at dealerships?
Yes, and this is where an independent check matters most. The dealer shows you their own condition report, but that is no substitute for a check from your side.
What if the inspection says the car isn't worth buying?
Then you just saved money. We write 'not recommended' in the report and explain why. The next car costs the same to inspect, with no surcharge because the first one didn't work out.
